Support
Pilot brokerages can reach BrokerPath support from inside the app using the Help button. Trust-accounting, reconciliation, deposit, HST, T4A, and RECO-related questions are prioritized.
In-app help
Use the Help button after signing in. BrokerPath automatically includes your page, role, brokerage, and app version so support can investigate quickly.
Email support
For urgent trust-accounting or compliance issues, email support@brokerpath.ca with your brokerage name and the deal or reconciliation you are working on.
Response priority
Compliance and money-movement issues are treated first during pilot: trust variances, deposits, refunds, forfeits, interpleader, CTA, HST, T4A, and payout problems.
